04-09-2015Portugal and South Africa signed agreement on scientific cooperation

The Portuguese Minister of Education and Science, Nuno Crato, met the South African Minister of Science and Technology, Naledi Pandor, to sign an agreement on Friday, 4 September. The signing of the agreement will pave the way for concrete science and technology collaborative activities and deepen the relationship between the two countries.

The Portuguese Minister congratulated the Department of Science and Technology on its MeerKAT and KAT-7 projects.
